WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
As soon as you place your pre-order, we will send your contact & order details to the IET asking them to set up your subscription. You will then receive an email from them with your username and temporary password once the items have been published. This email will contain a link to the IET Electrical Standards Plus website where you must validate your log-in details to activate your subscription.

- Contact our customer services team first to explain what you are returning and the reason
- Request a Returns Authorisation Number
- We will email you this and a link to arrange your return quickly & easily via Royal Mail
- Take your return to your nearest Post Office and they will do the rest
