If, for any reason, you need to return any items purchased from us, please do so by using the following procedure

The items to be returned must be packed carefully, and securely, as Professional Bookshops Limited cannot accept back, or be held responsible for any damages incurred during the return postage. We strongly recommend that you insure the package to the value of the goods enclosed.
The entire returns process must be completed within fourteen (14) days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
Only the cost of the item purchased will be refunded (no postage costs will be refunded)
